Relicensing to MIT/Expat license, part 4: CMake and documentation files. They didn't contain license header before, but I think adding it also there wouldn't do any harm. Documentation is also integral part of the codebase.

Introduce a BUILD_STATIC_UNIQUE_GLOBALS option. Same as in Corrade. Because BUILD_STATIC is independent between Corrade and Magnum this option is also independent -- the corner cases and bad interactions would be otherwise too complex to handle (e.g., in case of a dynamic Corrade and static Magnum it would be impossible to enable this option for Magnum etc etc).

Split the OpenGL layer out, pt 3: new MAGNUM_TARGET_GL variable. This will later enable conditional compilation of APIs that depend on the GL library (for example the Text library directly producing compiled meshes instead of just plain vertex data).

Port to OpenGL ES 2. Desktop OpenGL and OpenGL ES 2 support can be switched using CMake TARGET_GLES option. All functionality not supported in ES is marked in documentation. If targetting OpenGL ES, GLES2/gl2.h is included instead of GLEW. Mesh class now uses VAOs only in desktop OpenGL, in ES the buffers are bound on each draw call.

Fixed linking errors when only OpenGL ES 2 is available. This is currently toggled with TARGET_OPENGLES2 option, which is enabled by default when TARGET_OPENGLES is enabled.

Replace MAGNUM_TARGET_{HEADLESS,DESKTOP_GLES} with MAGNUM_TARGET_EGL. These two options were mutually exclusive, and both were doing the same thing -- switching to EGL on desktop GL, or switching away from EGL on GLES. That made all logic vastly more complicated than it should be, and unfortunately it took me half a decade to realize that. The new logic is significantly simpler everywhere. As usual, the old options are still recognized by CMake on a deprecated build (with a warning), and are still exposed both as CMake variables and a preprocessor define. But the logic for them was quite complicated, so I don't guarantee all cases are covered. I also tried to clean up the dependent CMake options to allow building GLX and WGL apps on GLES independently of whether EGL is used, but it's quite a mess due to the limitations of CMake < 3.22. Build directories that have the options switched randomly over a long time might start misbehaving, but the initial build should work well.

Adapt to BUILD_MULTITHREADED being part of Corrade now. If building with deprecated features enabled, the buildsystem checks if the option is still set and is inconsistent with what Corrade reports and reports a deprecation warning. For backwards compatibility the MAGNUM_BUILD_MULTITHREADED CMake variable and preprocessor macro are still provided as well.

Deprecate MAGNUM_TARGET_GLES3. Originally (2012? 2013?) I expected that there would eventually be OpenGL ES 4.0, thus it made sense to differentiate between ES2, ES3 and something else ES yet unknown. But as ES4 was increasingly unlikely to happen, the internal code treated MAGNUM_TARGET_GLES3 as a simple inverse of MAGNUM_TARGET_GLES2, and only in a very few places, only adding confusion. Thus it's now deprecated and defined as a simple inverse of MAGNUM_TARGET_GLES2 on MAGNUM_TARGET_GLES builds, and none of the internal code uses it anymore.
