Vladimír Vondruš	07e4047aee	Vk: properly test std::lower_bound() corner cases. Like, no wonder C++ codebases are so bug-ridden, given all APIs in the standard library are weird like this, requiring the user to completely understand their inner workings in order to be able to use them safely. A fix for this got made in `390d3fc06f` (2022) already, but somehow the corresponding tests were living in a half-done stash ever since. I should probably also just do my own binary search thing so I don't need to test everything so extensively.	10 months ago

Vladimír Vondruš	5d1369f570	Use Utility::move() and swap() instead of STL almost everywhere. Partially needed to avoid build breakages because Corrade itself switched as well, partially because a cleanup is always good. Done except for (STL-heavy) code that's deprecated or SceneGraph-related APIs that are still quite full of STL as well.	3 years ago

Vladimír Vondruš	bc2ad2e14e	Vk: use StringIterable in internal Instance/Device extension init. This significantly simplifies everything -- because a single type can now handle both StringView lists and char* lists, we no longer need a templated private helper to avoid allocating a temporary array of unified type. Instead, the whole extension initialization can be done directly in the initialize() helper, by simply iterating over the argument. Yay, this is probably the nicest improvement caused by StringIterable so far.	4 years ago

Vladimír Vondruš	909dd781df	Vk: put CreateInfo structures to dedicated headers. After I implemented the render pass wrapper, seeing how the RenderPassCreateInfo structure and its dependencies were HUGE compared to the actual tiny and lean RenderPass, I felt uneasy dragging their definition along to every place where a RenderPass gets used. It's not as bad with the others, but as new extensions are implemented I expect that to get the same. This change makes it easier for me to accept that Image.h / Buffer.h depends on Memory.h. There isn't a real measurable difference when building Magnum itself (50 ms out of 7 seconds for the Vk library alone), but that's because most of the code (and tests) needs the CreateInfo structures anyway.	5 years ago

Vladimír Vondruš	86267f1a78	Vk: move MAGNUM_VK_INTERNAL_ASSER_RESULT() to a dedicated header. Similarly to Corrade Assert.h, so it's possible to include this header without having to worry about irrelevant overhead when asserts are disabled.
