Vladimír Vondruš	c4f321d911	Don't use extern template where it is not necessary. Extern template probably causes even inline functions to be instantiated, because MinGW's GCC 4.7.0 then complains about conflicting symbols, removing them fixes the issue. Extern template is not necessary here, as the needed functions are explicitly instantiated in source file only anyway and we don't care about instantiation count of inline functions.	14 years ago

Vladimír Vondruš	972846677d	Using DimensionTraits for Shape implementation. Removed equivalent typedefs from AbstractShape, using DimensionTraits everywhere except for internal storage. It would possibly allow to remove #include for specialized types from Shape headers. Also removed Doxygen workarounds for applyTransformation(), as both the pure virtual function and implementations have now the same signature.	14 years ago

Magnum.h now doesn't include anything except OpenGL headers, thus changes in Math library don't trigger recompilation of everything, but only of things really depending on it. Math constants moved to separate file for similar reasons, de-inlined some functions to remove the need for some #includes.	14 years ago
