Everything what was in src/ is now in src/Corrade, everything from
src/Plugins is now in src/MagnumPlugins, everything from external/ is in
src/MagnumExternal. Added new CMakeLists.txt file and updated the other
ones for the moves, no other change was made. If MAGNUM_BUILD_DEPRECATED
is set, everything compiles and installs like previously except for the
plugins, which are now in MagnumPlugins and not in Magnum/Plugins.
This requires inclusion of heavyweight <memory> header (~25k LOC), but
data import isn't something the user would want to do in every file, so
it hopefully won't hurt compilation times too much.
Saves unnecessary heap allocation and saves user from the burden of
explicit deletion, otherwise the usage is the same. Polymorphic types
can't be done using `std::optional`, will fix that later.
In 1.8.5 it is now possible to reference directly to enum member.
Hooray! Also added explicit @ref here and there, fixing some referencing
bugs along the way.
Implementation is moved into private virtual `do*()` functions and the
public interface does additional checks aroung them to simplify plugin
development. Opening files is by default done by the base
implementation, which then calls function for opening raw data with file
contents.
Added test for file opening, bumped plugin interface version to 0.3.

Now it is possible to open either pure data arrays or arrays specified
with filename. The function calls might be ambiguous now (i.e.
open("image.tga") would open data array instead of handling it as
filename), renamed them to avoid that. Default implementations now
fire an assertion. Bumped plugin interface string version as this is
pretty incompatible change.
In most cases the names aren't even supported/used and thus it is
wasteful to have them in all *Data classes. If the importer wants to
support them, it would reimplement *name() functions instead.
Removed workarounds for alias templates, variadic templates and
anonymous enums, but 1.8.2 has some bug with forward declarations
causing classes to appear in default namespace, breaking
cross-references.
It prevents unwanted implicit conversions from e.g. nullptr to Camera,
Vector2 to Physics::Point etc. By making all the constructors explicit
it is easier to routinely add the keyword to all new classes instead of
thinking about cases when to add and when not to.
Magnum.h now doesn't include anything except OpenGL headers, thus
changes in Math library don't trigger recompilation of everything, but
only of things really depending on it.
Math constants moved to separate file for similar reasons, de-inlined
some functions to remove the need for some #includes.
Some functions need to return "invalid ID", which in case of size_t
cannot be -1.
Also the plugins should behave the same in 32/64bit systems, so the type
should be the same for both.
Reusing macros MAGNUM_EXPORT and friends already used for Windows
builds. For exported classes added MAGNUM_LOCAL to private members which
are not referenced from any inline function. Added explicit
MAGNUM_EXPORT to private members which are referenced. CMake provides
its own macro <target>_EXPORTS, using that instead of
set_target_properties().
All HTML code and Doxygen shortcuts such as @c, @b and @em are now
rewritten using Markdown syntax, which makes it more readable.
Also updated Doxyfile. Doxygen 1.8 at least is required to generate
the documentation now.
AbstractImporter now provides access to the data directly and doesn't
attempt to do any OpenGL stuff, thus making everything more transparent
and testable.
