Mainly to fix linker errors on Windows when using static plugins as
dependencies of other plugins. Don't even let me get started on how much
I hate the dllexport/dllimport hell.
`char*` is now the default type for byte arrays. Results in shorter
code, less annoyances and more convenient testing. As is the case with
Corrade, I'm not doing any compatibility/deprecation layer, as most of
these functions is not widely used anyway.
New in 2.8.9, much cleaner than the previous "solution". Also cleaned up
the surroundings a bit. Fixed cases where PIC was forced independently
of the settings, for plugins the PIC is now also set only when
needed/requested.
Took me TWO CRAZY HOURS of blaming visual studio, as it stopped reading
in the middle of the file without any reasonable error message ("stream
error", haha).
Commit mosra/corrade@9485ef7effd6c8241e03982c53e8fabfe260b525 broke
this, apparently the compiler can't decide which overload to select when
a type has implicit conversion to another type which is then supported
by both Debug and std::ostream operator<<. Working around this for now as
it is the only case, hopefully we won't run into something similar later.
The final release doesn't have the issue with non-explicit
default std::vector constructor. Most of the conflicts resulted from
Mesh::Primitve -> MeshPrimitive refactoring.
This reverts commit c2ad09706e.

They need to be installed into possibly system-wide location on Windows
and thus we need to avoid name clashes (or at least explicitly show that
e.g. TgaImporterTestLib.dll belongs to Magnum and is not any OMG virus).
As we are now using absolute includes, there is no need to prefix
everything with "magnum<Namespace>" etc. All generated configuration
files are renamed to configure.h and their path is included _before_
everything else to avoid accidental collisions.
The only places where they aren't absolute are:
- when header is included from corresponding source file
- when including headers which are not part of final installation (e.g.
test-specific configuration, headers from Implementation/)
