Compared to Corrade, the improvement in compile time is about a minute
cumulative across all cores, or about 8 seconds on an 8-core system (~2
minutes before, ~1:52 after). Not bad at all. And this is with a
deprecated build, the non-deprecated build is 1:48 -> 1:41.
The Audio::Extension::extensions() and GL::Extension::extensions()
functions now return an ArrayView instead of a reference to std::vector.
Having a function-local static std::vector is the worst thing ever. Ugh.
Added a new enabled-by-default BUILD_AL_TESTS CMake option. The test
cases that actually require OpenAL context were split to new tests with
`*ALTest` suffix so they can be executed selectively.
This test is entirely dependent on user settings and would fail if hrtfs
were disabled on the testing machines OpenAL installation.

Since `ALC_HRTF_SOFT` is a ALC extension, we need to use `alcGetIntegerv()`
instead of `alGetIntegerv()` which requires access to the OpenAL device
stored in `Audio::Context` and therefore the aforementioned methods have
been moved there.

The only places where they aren't absolute are:
- when header is included from corresponding source file
- when including headers which are not part of final installation (e.g.
test-specific configuration, headers from Implementation/)
Everything what was in src/ is now in src/Corrade, everything from
src/Plugins is now in src/MagnumPlugins, everything from external/ is in
src/MagnumExternal. Added new CMakeLists.txt file and updated the other
ones for the moves, no other change was made. If MAGNUM_BUILD_DEPRECATED
is set, everything compiles and installs like previously except for the
plugins, which are now in MagnumPlugins and not in Magnum/Plugins.
Now we can use CORRADE_COMPARE() almost exclusively for comparing
Vector, Matrix instances and all containers from STL. Tests running time
for all 31 tests is now around 0.1 sec instead of two seconds like
before.
Disabled compilation of all benchmarks, because TestSuite cannot handle
them yet.
PKGBUILD from AUR now can shamelessly use check() function without
unnecessary dependencies.
