eidheim 9fbfeab25e mingw-w64-x86_64-gtkmm3 is still needed in MSYS2, but we can remove it when gtksourceviewmm3/PKGBUILD gets a new pkgrel I think (a new package is then built).

Ole 807606696e Now using boost::regex instead of std::regex so that juci can compile with g++-4.8. Many systems use this old compiler and this makes juci compile on more platforms. Also, installation on Ubuntu 14 is simpler and do not require to tap the test repository.
