eidheim e0e47a37ed Related to MR 398: finished implementation of default build system setting, but renamed project.default_build_system to project.default_build_management_system, since make and ninja are examples of build systems. Also added --buildtype plain to meson default build.

eidheim c04bbe81c6 Debugging in C/C++: tooltips now show values of evaluated expressions that does not change program state, for instance return values from const member functions, and results from expressions like: arr[a + b]. Additionally, now closes completion dialog on paste.
