eidheim 6d7ddd6235 Now opens files that are not UTF-8 valid, if a language is found for the file, that is, this does not include binary files.

U-olece-PC\olece c43d579f5a Now will not add carriage returns unless gtk so decides (depending on file I guess), and fixed include problems for MSYS2's buggy libclang install. Mind the latter is a termporary fix.
