eidheim aa50a94a00 Added cmake_command to config.json so that one can use the MinGW toolchain in Windows if that is wanted. Also now shows all files in directory (some files like cmake.cc got hidden before).

eidheim 4a83a004f4 Added run command, and kill process items in menu. Remember to delete ~/.juci. Also cleaned up use of std::string instead of boost::filesystem::path.

eidheim f832372752 Cleanup of terminal.*, and added cmake.* to parse CMakeLists.txt. Also fixed compile, and compile and run. Remember to remove ~/.juci/config/config.json to get this version to work.
