Test: fix false sense of security in pixel/mesh enum mapping tests.

The stripped-down versions didn't actually test for correct order
because there was no external API result to check against expected
output. That's fixed now, plus clarified some comments and removed
copypasted nonsense.

half-page of text listing various caveats and issues you might run into.
Also exposing them in the OpenGLTester (although quite shitty at this

The driver should recalculate the texture size after. This test fails when
ARB_DSA is not present as the underlying GL buffer is not created yet at
that point.

Added BC4, BC5, BC6H and BC7 compression formats.

Those are now also available under WebGL 1/2 and OpenGL ES 3.O (strangely
not OpenGL ES 2.0) under EXT_texture_compression_{rgtc,bptc}. The GL names
are extra weird-ass now that all other APIs use the BC names.

In particular, the usual setStorage() + six times setSubImage() wasn't
really tested anywhere except in fullImageQuery(), which usually fails
for other reasons anyway. Also testing more than just +X, since SOME
DRIVERS apparently fail with other coordinates.

Adapt to BUILD_MULTITHREADED being part of Corrade now.

If building with deprecated features enabled, the buildsystem checks if
the option is still set and is inconsistent with what Corrade reports
and reports a deprecation warning. For backwards compatibility the
MAGNUM_BUILD_MULTITHREADED CMake variable and preprocessor macro are
still provided as well.

GL: remove Buffer::set[Sub]Data() taking std::array / std::vector.

Instead make use of the ArrayView STL compatibility. To avoid breaking
almost all existing code the Corrade/Containers/ArrayViewStl.h header is
included implicitly when MAGNUM_BUILD_DEPRECATED is defined, but this
will get removed in some future release to speed up the compilation.
